All genomic datasets, personal identifying information (PII), and analysis parameters submitted through our portals are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 standard protocols.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your computational data or personal profiles to third parties under any circumstances.

Information We Collect

When you interact with our digital infrastructure, we collect:

• Identifiable Information: Name, Email, Institutional Affiliation, and Credentials submitted during registration or grant applications.
• Analytical Parameters: DNA/RNA sequences, molecular structures, and specified datasets required for executing our analysis services.
• Telemetry Data: Non-identifiable interaction metrics utilized solely to optimize our portal's UX and server response times.

Data Retention

Raw biological datasets uploaded for analysis are purged from our active clusters 30 days after the final delivery of the resulting report, unless explicitly requested for extended secure storage. Your account and credential history remain securely stored in our encrypted database until you request deletion.
