We provide training and research programs in Bioinformatics & Computational Drug Design in partnership with EBO Bio Solution – UK, officially registered in the UKRLP (United Kingdom Register of Learning Providers).
1. Information We Collect

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our diploma is a highly supported scientific program with limited seats (max 10 participants per group), the refund policy is strict to ensure fairness and commitment.
1. Before the Program Starts

Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the start date.

Cancellation within 14 days of the start date will incur an administrative fee (to cover processing and reserved seat).
2. After the Program Starts

Once the program begins, content is accessed, or group/join links are provided → no refund is possible.

Seats are strictly limited; accessing the material counts as usage.
3. Installments & Payments

Payment is available in 3 installments:

1st: Immediately after acceptance.
-
2nd: One month later.
-
3rd: One month after the 2nd.

All installments must be paid within 10 days of the due date.
-
Installments already paid are non-refundable once the program starts.
4. Dismissal from the Program
Refunds are not granted if participants are dismissed due to:

15 days of absence without an official excuse.
-
Repeated non-compliance based on monthly PI reports.
-
Accumulated content without watching (after three warnings).
-
Unprofessional or inappropriate behavior, especially in international meetings.
-
Data manipulation (e.g., registering as a student when actually a graduate).
5. Additional Services (Non-Refundable)

Printed Certificates: £100 (printing, watermarks, and international shipping). Not refundable once issued.

Legalization by UK Embassy: Optional service; non-refundable after initiation.
6. Program Cancellation by Organizer

If the program is canceled before it begins, participants receive a full refund or may transfer to a later batch.

In case of force majeure after the start, fair alternatives will be provided (delays, replacement content, or partial refund if applicable).
7. Requesting a Refund

Requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days, and approved refunds are returned through the original payment method (or equivalent if not possible).
Quick Reminder – Program Rules

6 months of academic commitment (lectures, tasks, live sessions, research project).

Tasks and assignments must be submitted on time.

Respectful, professional communication is mandatory.

Active participation: weekly group discussions, live sessions, and submission of research/posters.

Seriousness in conferences and publishing — delays or poor quality lead to exclusion without compensation.

Official documents required for each category (student/graduate/researcher/professor).

Groups limited to 10 participants for individual supervision.

Content in English with academic support available in Arabic.
